In the beginning...
Founded in April of 1988 by Mr. Claude Corbeil, a well-experienced
hands-on meat worker from Montreal, Quebec, The Tripe Factory Corp. was officially registered as a Federally Approved
Processing Establishment in Ontario, Canada.
Prior to his arrival in Ontario, Mr. Corbeil had only one
goal in mind; he wanted to produce a premium product - TRIPE.
The Tripe Factory Corp. started to operate after a few months
and produced the whitest tripe with the ultimate texture.
